Betty Kelepecz
Police Misconduct and Rogue Cops
Saturday, Feb 10 2:00 PM

San Diego Partners in Crime is proud to host Betty Kelepecz at our virtual meeting on February 10 at 2:00, Pacific time.

She is a consultant with an emphasis on public agency workplace investigations. Kelepecz had a distinguished twenty-five year career and received the National Woman Law Enforcement Executive of the Year award. She worked for many years on the LAPD, was a former chief of police chief, and headed a private DNA lab.

She is an expert on conduct in the police force, including complaints, hostile work environment, and police behavior. She also has extensive experience in other areas like use of force, litigation, and sexual discrimination. She will be talking to us about police misconduct and rogue cops. This should be an interesting talk.
