You are invited to a free special event where Mark Stainbrook, Chief of Police of the Harbor Police Department, will talk about human trafficking, drug smuggling, and other crimes at our port and airport. He will also answer questions you might have about these topics and police procedures.
Mark G. Stainbrook is the Chief of Police of the San Diego Harbor Police Department (HPD), which is the premier police presence on the San Diego Bay, the San Diego International Airport, and on all Tidelands around the Bay. The Department is comprised of 180 employees/volunteers and has jurisdiction in the five member cities of the Port District, which include San Diego, Chula Vista, Coronado, Imperial Beach, and National City
