APRIL 10 at 2pm – Virtual Meeting

We are pleased to have a talk by two weapons experts. They will be going over the basics of weapon handling and will include proper terminology and safety. 

They will also describe and show weapons and are open to a Q&A.

M.A. Taylor
Margaret ‘MA’ Taylor spent over twenty years in law enforcement. After seven years with the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Margaret left the CHP to become a Special Agent for the California Department of Justice (DOJ), spending over ten years in Narcotics. Four of those years she was assigned to a Federal DEA-HIDTA Task Force. M.A. Taylor has numerous areas of expertise from patrol to surveillance to wiretaps, Tribal Gaming, sexual predators, weapons and many others.

Jeffery Scheibe
Jeff, a Southern California native served as a United States Marine for eight and a half years in the Infantry and as a FAST Co Marine. (Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team) During his time in the Marine Corps he deployed multiple times and took part in combat operations in Iraq against Saddam Hussein and the jihadist insurgency that followed the toppling of the dictators regime. Following his service in the Middle East, Jeff served as his unit’s primary MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain) Instructor where his mission was to train Marines in the latest urban combat tactics and techniques developed during combat operations in Iraq.
